FRUIZEE powder base is packed in airtight food grade foil laminate bags. Storage should be below 25 degrees. Shelf life is 24 months. After mixing it should be stored below 5 degrees and used within 24 hours. Total amount of soft serve dispensed from one bag of ingredients is 9 litres at 60% over run.
